Refund Policy
Each CRM service we provide is carefully tailored for you, which means we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is made. We want you to feel completely comfortable before moving forward, so please take advantage of our complimentary consultation to ensure our services are right for you.
Monthly Retainer Packages
Our monthly retainer packages are designed for your flexibility and peace of mind. You can cancel your package at any time. No questions asked. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll continue to have access to your full allotment of CRM work hours for the month you’ve already paid for, and your subscription will not renew for the following month.
To avoid being billed for another month, please notify Brandon Drake as soon as you decide to discontinue your package. We’ll take care of the rest and make your transition as smooth as possible.
Expectations
We believe in open communication and setting realistic expectations. Sometimes, tasks may take longer than estimated due to unexpected challenges for both the client and service provider. If a task takes more time than planned, it may delay the completion of other items on your list. In these cases, any unfinished tasks will be prioritized and completed in the following monthly billing cycle. Our goal is to maintain transparency and deliver quality work without rushing- because in technology, doing things right may take a little more time, but it always pays off in the end.

Users will receive SMS communications from Brandon Drake. Expect timely notifications for upcoming appointment reminders, along with occasional updates on events, news, and services. The primary focus will be on appointment reminders, supplemented with occasional business updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP", I will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and I will resume sending SMS messages to you.
