I typically disfavor this model because it tacks on extra costs for specific tools, often forcing businesses to pay for a higher-tier bundle just to access a single necessary feature.
Human Technical Support: They meet the requirement for human support. They provide access to human experts via a ticketing system and 1-on-1 Zoom onboarding calls, rather than funneling you into an AI-only support loop.

Final Verdict:
Because Amplify Solutions utilizes feature-based pricing and employs aggressive introductory marketing tactics, I do not recommend this platform.
