For most of my career as a CRM Consultant, I’ve preferred to work behind the scenes, quietly building systems, refining workflows, and helping purpose-driven professionals strengthen their relationships through smart, human-centered technology. I’ve always found joy in the background: solving problems, streamlining operations, and watching my clients shine.

But at some point, I realized something important: if I wanted to create more awareness around the value I bring, I couldn’t stay hidden. I had to step out, speak up, and share what I know. And that meant doing something I never thought I’d do—hosting workshops.
